3. You Choose: Interview each candidate and select the person who feels like the right fit.
4. 3-month Trial Period: qualified clients begin with a discounted trial so both sides can build confidence.

We'll give you a clear, detailed quote before you commit to anything. WHAT TRAINING & CREDENTIALS DO IMARA ACCOUNTANTS HAVE? Every accountant in our network holds a bachelor's degree in accounting or business, holds a QuickBooks Online certification, and has completed our 6-week proprietary training program, designed specifically for the workflows and expectations of U.S. CPA firms. DO IMARA ACCOUNTANTS USE AI? Yes. Our training program includes instruction on leading AI tools in accounting, so our professionals arrive ready to work efficiently within your existing workflow. DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHO WORKS WITH MY FIRM? Absolutely. We'll introduce you to 2-5 pre-vetted candidates, and you'll interview each one. You make the final call because the right fit matters as much as the right skill set. WHAT HOURS DO ACCOUNTANTS WORK? Our accountants work schedules designed to overlap with U.S. business hours. Most work approximately 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET, so you get real-time collaboration during your core workday. ARE IMARA ACCOUNTANTS FLUENT IN ENGLISH? Yes. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMMIT? We start every qualified client with a 3-month trial period so you can experience the partnership with confidence.
